The 2018 J D Power India Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Study is based on responses from more than 3600 new-vehicle owners from across India who purchased a 2015 or 2016 model-year vehicle. The study was fielded between May 2017 and August 2017.

This is the first time the Study has tracked the needs of Individual Customer segments separately, though this is the norm in advanced markets like the US.

Going forward, as India’s stature in the Global Passenger Vehicle  Manufacturing Industry is rising (India was ranked the  World’s 4th  Largest  Manufacturer in 2017) -  the news that MRF – an Indian Multinational  Tyre manufacturer, ranked amongst the top 15 in the World, continues to delight Customers is indeed of major significance and pride for Indian Customers.

The J D Power Study, now in its 18th/ year, has ranked the MRF Brand of Car /SUV tyres as Highest in Customer Satisfaction.  In the past MRF has been awarded the overall JD Power Award twelve times, the most any tyre company has ever done in India including the Global Multinationals.
